Reclaiming Innocence

I have been meditating and praying on the nature of innocence of late. This is part of the very fiber of the Attunement way of life. I cannot share in the Attunement current, the life force of the all that is, unless I am in the place of innocence. Don Henley, the lead singer and drummer of the renowned singing group The Eagles wrote a song in 1989 entitled “The End Of The Innocence”. He wrote about the poisoning of this priceless range of the healing power by corruption, manipulation, violence and the misuse of authority. He describes it this

The Grandmother Spirit

Arising from my personal theme of self kindness this year are meditations on “The Grandmother Spirit”.  The deepest experience of comfort that I have ever known came from being in the presence of my grandmothers – one in particular. As unique as this consideration may be, it is timely and is needed everywhere, most especially in the the forefront of leadership in the world in which we live. As I continued to let this feeling be a frequent part of my daily thoughts and memories, revisiting that wonderful place of joy, tenderness and utter tranquility, I had a dream one

Food and Health

We live in a time where most food sources are corrupt and manipulated. Some people struggle to know what is the best nourishment for their bodies and question the availability of wholesome sources of meat, vegetables, etc. Poor choices of “comfort food/junk food” are made and too large a quantity is consumed at one time. This overloads the digestive system and suppresses natural body functions. Whether the body is blessed or cursed is consequent upon what food is chosen. Dead, “empty calories”, containing no nutrients create inflammation and disease. Live, whole foods with known and unknown “synergistic” nutrients bless the

Inner Direction

Each year I establish a theme of inner direction and focus for my personal current of Attunement. I have shared my thoughts with some of you through our teleconferences and individual conversations that my theme for 2014 was “the heart within the heart.” Each month insight and experiences gathered around that larger influence of radiation. For instance, December 2014 was honoring everyone who, and everything that, crossed my path, extending a blessing of appreciation. For 2015 my theme is “living from the sanctuary of my devotion.” To me sanctuary is a sacred field of energy where the prayer of my

In Celebration of a Life Well Lived

My Dad, Joe Antell Senior, crossed over peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Friday, July 5, 2013. He lived a few weeks shy of 90 years, and did he live! Four months ago, as a family, we agreed that assisted living would provide the best care for him. So Joe went with the flow, settled in and was happy making a home where he was, grateful for all that was being provided. This facility was like a country club with loving, friendly people around him. Dad enjoyed community so he attracted this one with the help of

My Everlasting Prayer

On the evening of such a tragic day in our country, I am compelled to voice my sorrow, through writing, and release a current of compassionate embrace. For those who directly or indirectly have been affected by this unconscionable shooting of beautiful children and others who were providing guidance in their lives, I want you to know that you and they are held gently and tenderly by Angels in heaven and on earth. There are no words to soothe the loss of innocence that has been torn away from you and all of us, for we are together is this

The Priceless Moment of Attunement

For anyone who has an awareness of Attunement, even if the experience of unconditional love is shared using a different understanding of the meaning, there is a richness known like no other. At a young age I decided to live my life in this place of happiness. I was around 13 years old when my father and I went to an Attunement practitioner for the first time. As I rested in the energy field of the wonderful person who shared his life force with me, I knew that this was a very familiar place and that I never wanted to

Cycles of Seven – Part 3

This is the third in a series of articles entitled “Cycles of Seven.”  They contain a personal review of my life grouped into stages of 7 years.  Each cycle carries an emphasis on a range of personal awakening and acknowledgement as viewed by being. The intent in sharing this is so that any who read this might create their own life overview and may find rest in the memories and experiences remembered and forgotten. Then perhaps closure may occur in the unresolved places of life as they fall away. Then there can be the experience of gratefulness for the happy,

Cycles of Seven – Part 1

This article will be the first of a series of seven that was part of a teleconference last year during the Attunement Intensive in Kansas City,MO. When faced with a life threatening illness four years ago I decided to work in consciousness, reviewing my life in cycles of seven and journaling my thoughts. I heard that your life passes before you just before you step through the veil between the outer and inner worlds, so I thought, why wait? In these notations I relate each of the seven cycles of seven years to a level of Being as understood in the ways of Attunement
